ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT - Part-time (Modern Dental Canada, Vancouver, BC)

As we continue to grow and expand services in Canada, we are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Provide clerical and administrative support to management
Answer phones and assist customers with any questions or concerns
Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Become proficient in scheduling and billing of dental lab cases using the operating software Magic Touch
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and email exchange
Maintain lab inventory, prepare on-line requisitions for inventory re-stocking
Manage incoming and outgoing shipments; including timely delivery and pick up of goods to and from nearby customers and event locations
Support Marketing department event coordination efforts including duties such as setting up materials and presentations, receiving shipments of supplies and assisting in presentations
All additional duties as assigned or as otherwise required
Qualifications:
Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level
Basic computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs
High level of attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Self-motivated with strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Team player is a must
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver license required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Pay: CA$20.00 - CA$26.00 per hour
