Does Modern Dental provide assistance with case planning?
The knowledgeable and experienced staff at your local Modern Dental Center will work directly with you to develop a detailed treatment plan for your case. Our team of experts will continue to support you throughout the entire process to ensure that the final restoration exceeds your expectations.
What is the timeline for a case?
Standard turnaround time for digital restorations is 5-6 business days in lab; standard turnaround time for all other products is 10-12 business days in lab. To assist you in managing shipping logistics and holiday schedules, we will provide you with the Modern Return Date Calendar – an easy reference for establishing the date of return based on when your case is received at your local Modern Dental Center.
What is the timeline for small adjustments such as contact additions?
All of our local Modern Dental Centers are fully equipped to manage small adjustments in-house. The turnaround time is 1-3 business days.
How do we send a case?
If the case is a traditional impression or model, simply call your local Modern Dental Center and we will provide you with a case box, shipping bag, mailing label, and our preferred pick-up / delivery provider’s name and contact information. When you are ready, simply call our provider for a pick-up. Depending on your location, the starter shipping kit will be delivered to your office the next business day. If the case you are sending is a digital impression, please call your local center for initial set up instructions for uploading the case to us.
