Modern PFZ

The sub-structure of these versatile restorations are scanned, milled, and sintered for an especially strong foundation. Porcelain is then hand layered on top to allow for a natural appeal.

Indications

  • Anterior & Posterior: crowns and bridges (up to 9 units)

  • Implant supported crown & bridge

  • Sub-Structure: Metoxit yttria-stabilized zirconia

    • >1,000 MPa Flexural Strength

    • Core translucency= 0.98 @ 0.3 mm thick

    • Yttria stabilized zirconia is Dental Direkt – a German ISO 13485 certified manufacturer

  • Overlay Material: VITA VM®9 fine-grain porcelain

    • <120 MPa Flexural Strength
